Very rude front desk lady my family member went in for a heart issue and we had an appointment for 11 when we showed she said come back at 3. She insisted that she called to change our appointment time when not one voice message was recieved. She kept asking me to check my voice message after I repeatedly told her I have checked my voicemail and none was received from her not only that but she accused me of laughing at her when her name was not even mentioned in my conversation with my family member. My family member was sad and i was talking to her cheering her up. So basically people can't relax or laugh cause she takes towards laughing at her. She always very cold, blunt, and disrespectful. No sense of humanity towards anyone. She basically accused me of being rude and creating my own rules after I told I never received voicemail from her. She kept asking me to check my voicemail. No doctor with nasty front desk staff should get 5.
