Extremely disappointing experience. Dr. Chawla is excellent, I've had a terrible time trying to schedule an appointment. I've called several times with no success( trying to make an appointment since 9:30 am this morning still working on at 12:22 am , I called 100 times.....The receptionist has been consistently rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me three times. It's frustrating that a practice with such a well regarded doctor makes it so hard just to book a visit. If the front office can't treat people with basic courtesy or professionalism, it reflects poorly on the entire practice.

The office itself isn't fancy like some others you might expect, but if you're looking for the right treatment and a truly good doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Chawla. We had a last-minute appointment for my mom, and the staff was so kind and understanding, they even fit her in between patients. Dr. Chawla's diagnosis was spot-on; he immediately knew what was wrong and recommended the best treatment. We're very grateful for the care we received, and the early treatment has already made such a difference.

Dr. Chawla is my doctor for almost 10 years. I will say doctor visit experience i have in Dr Chawla's office is best in last 23+ years in USA. i have positive interactions not only with doctor but also the front staff.

Extremely disappointing experience. Despite being referred by my son's doctor and hearing that Dr. Chawla is excellent, I've had a terrible time trying to schedule an appointment. I've called several times--with no success. The receptionist has been consistently rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me three times, and on the fourth call, after I gave my information, I was left on hold for over 15 minutes before I finally gave up. It's frustrating that a practice with such a well-regarded doctor makes it so hard just to book a visit. If the front office can't treat people with basic courtesy or professionalism, it reflects poorly on the entire practice. I won't be calling again.
