We had an appointment for our daughter at 1030. They called a week ahead of time and guilt tripped me into changing to either 1000 or 1100. I didn't really want to do it but initially said 10 then looking at calendar I realized with her next appointment 11 would be better so she confirmed 11. When my husband showed up they refused to accommodate her because of their mistake. They wouldn't come out to speak with him and their office manager was in New River Valley. Tried to call that office to speak with her and New River Valleys number isn't even listed and the operator didn't even know how to transfer me. The complete incompetence is astounding. Do not take your child there. If they are that careless with appointments I wouldn't trust them with my child's care. The lack of accountability is mind blowing as well but typical of Carilion's management. Maybe they should hire based on experience and not degree. Sometimes it takes someone with a modicum of common sense.
