Shaival Kapadia, MD

This was my first visit with Dr. Kapadia and he seems to be a warm, thorough cardiologist. He ordered tests to be sure he has a clear picture of how my heart is functioning. He seems knowledgeable and current on best practices.

Dr Kapadia is very attentive and has a great bedside manner. He listens to you and tries to be super accommodating. I do recommend him highly.

My experience with Dr. Kapadia has been wonderful! His whole staff is very caring and professional and I always feel seen and heard. I like his preventative approach to health.

Going to see Dr. Kapadia is always a pleasant experience. He's kind and attentive. He explains everything so that you can understand them. To see him, there's rarely a wait. The girls checking you in are very courteous. The only issue we've ever had repeatedly is dealing with the call center. We almost never get call backs. We're told to use the patient portal, but the only thing that appears in my portal is my name. On the positive side, we found the NP at the Discovery Location to be extremely friendly, punctual and helpful. Whereas, when we saw the PA we literally waited over 2 hours thinking there must have been an emergency, only 2 be told she was sorry we had to wait she was just running behind. I would never dream of leaving Dr. Kapadia because I truly believe he cares about all of his patients. I know I'm not his sockets patient, thankfully, but he still treats me with kindness and compassion always. That's worth everything to me!

It was my husband's appointment. Reception and check-in were straightforward and pleasant. There was virtually no wait. The nurse was very kind and thorough The doctor was very professional and kind He was very interested in my husband's activities, concerns, and expectations. He explained everything clearly and gave us ample opportunity to ask questions. We highly recommend.
