Dr Bert Holmes is amazing . He has truly been the best physician I've ever came across. He is very compassionate and very understanding and knowledgeable. I'm going to miss him so much!

Everyone was extremely pleasant and very professional. From the nurse who shaved my hairy chest to perform my EKG reading to my doctor that was patient to understand my concerns. To the patriotic woman that painlessly drew blood for testing. The two people at the front desk seemed happy to help. This was the best experience I have ever experienced going to see a doctor. I made the right choice. These people are great people, and you can tell they truly care about helping.

Dr. Holmes has been amazing since the time I have been coming to his practice. He is very friendly, personable, transparent and truly loves his job and cares for his patients. The staff is friendly and demonstrates what performing a job should look like. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended

Went to the ER last night for a Hypertensive crisis was told to get a follow up as soon as possible. I call to schedule a follow up with Dr Holmes whom I've already established care with and was told I can't be seen until January. My first experience here wasn't any better. I had to call and call to get my lab results that were already processed and ready. I didn't like my experience with Holmes as he wasn't engaging and I had to ask all the right questions to get answers.

Despite leaving urgent messages repeatedly, the nurses consistently fail to return my calls as promised. I waited over a month for them to send a pre-authorization to my insurance for a my prescription, and I've gone a full week without my anxiety medication because they didn't process the refill. It wasn't until I called in tears that they finally sent it through. It's hard not to take it personally, especially when I see so many glowing reviews about this practice. To be fair, the front desk staff is always kind and professional--but the follow-through from the nursing team has been deeply disappointing and has affected my mental health.
