I am an RN who unexpectedly had a heart attack. The care I have received from Dr. Doloresco has been kind, patient, thorough and overall excellent. He truly cares about his patients, and he listens and treats my individual needs.
Was not impressed. Do not recommend. Had not reviewed my file after being over an hour late for the appointment, did not listen when I responded to questions, and seemed more interested in getting to his pending retirement than treating me. Further, he gave me his personal cell number and told me it would be faster to text him directly than to go through the staff if I had questions. While it seems nice on its face- it's disparaging to the staff and makes me wonder why responsiveness was not addressed with the staff or more importantly why there is no investment in the staff with training to correct the responsiveness issue.
Dr Doloresco is very thorough and willing to listen to any concerns I may want to discuss. He explains things well and I feel that he is looking out for my best interests. He is approachable, friendly and kind.
