We have seen Dr. Falterman for 26 years! She was the first doctor we saw when finding out our daughter was sick and she has walked with us for 26 years. There is not any other doctor I would trust more with my child. She is patient, kind and understanding of all circumstances. She truly has her patients in the forefront of all her decisions.
Everything about this office is amazing! The staff was super friendly from the time I called to schedule the appointment to the time I left the office. They all made the process easy on both me and my son. Dr. Falterman was kind, professional, patient focused and kid friendly. I hope we never need to see her again, but would not hesitate to come back in a heartbeat! :). If I had one thing to say that was not 100% positive is that they send about 25 reminders about the appointment. I understand not wanting patients to no show, but this seems like a bit much. That being said, if over communication is the only complaint about a medical practice these days, then that's not the most horrible thing in the world. I will refer anyone who needs a pediatric cardiologist to Dr. Falterman. She and her staff were incredible!
