Reception and doctor are okay. However, Kristen, who is responsible for getting prescriptions refilled is just plain WORTHLESS!!! It took me 3 calls over 2 business days and 1 visit to the office to get a response from her. And when I did, she was of NO HELP, because it was my doctor's 1/2 day off. No one else at the facility can look at my chart to determine a temporary course of treatment??? Had she responded on the 1st or 2nd attempt, I would not have had to go back to Patient First. Horrible person and does not measure up to the CODE of Conduct that HCA requires their employees to engage in. No human being should be treated like that, especially when they have been suffering from a migraine headache for 14 days straight...I wish I could give her 0 Stars!!!
