I had an excellent experience with Dr. Butler. From the very first appointment, I felt heard, supported, and confident in his care. Dr. Butler took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge and attention to detail were incredibly reassuring.

Dr Butler was very pleasant to talk to, very gentle and caring with his patients. He listens well about your concerns and gives very good advice. He will not ask you to do unnecessary tests if it's not needed. I had a good appointment with him.

Dr. Butler was very thorough, patient, listened to me, and asked a number of questions to ensure he covered everything concerning my heart. I really like him and highly recommend both him and Virginia Heart for their high quality patient care.

Since the patient's echocardiogram results were normal, Dr. Butler didn't asked much questions to understand the patient's history since this is the patient's first time visiting his office since Dr. Shor's retirement. The wait time was much longer than the very short time spent conversing with the doctor. Perhaps we were accustomed to Dr. Shor's practices of asking a lot of questions and looking at results from previous checkups with the primary care physician.

Great doctor. Knowledgeable, knows how to relate with patients, does not wear a white coat so a patient's blood pressure does not spike (due to white coat syndrome). I had a fantastic experience.
