Since the patient's echocardiogram results were normal, Dr. Butler didn't asked much questions to understand the patient's history since this is the patient's first time visiting his office since Dr. Shor's retirement. The wait time was much longer than the very short time spent conversing with the doctor. Perhaps we were accustomed to Dr. Shor's practices of asking a lot of questions and looking at results from previous checkups with the primary care physician.
Great doctor. Knowledgeable, knows how to relate with patients, does not wear a white coat so a patient's blood pressure does not spike (due to white coat syndrome). I had a fantastic experience.
