My nurse, Shemica, was incredibly patient and professional. I loved her energy -- so calming. I was a nervous wreck! Dr. Newby is one of the best in the area and comes highly recommended by family and friends. I'm truly thankful. These days, new patient appointments can take a while anywhere, but this visit was absolutely worth it. He's an amazing physician. *I originally left a review for the facility and returned to leave one for my physician as well. Great experience.

Scheduling my new-patient appointment was easy, and the staff was very kind. Although Dr. Newby was running a bit behind(like 15 minutes),the staff kept me informed, and he apologized when he arrived. I was simply grateful he was able to see me. He took the time to explain everything and ease my mind. Excellent physician and staff--well worth the wait.

My experience with Dr Newby was wonderful as always . My concern is there is patient care missing from the staff. I experienced the nurse that called me back and took my Vitals was distracted by the music she was listening to in her ear pod. My son was able to observe the earpod and here the music clearly. She also was not engaging with me the patient. I feel that genuine concern and caring for the patient is the key to keeping patience satisfied with the overall visit.

First time there and was very impressed with the caring staff. Dr . Keith Newby is a very informative caring Dr. He had gathered information about me and gave me the assurance to not worry. He has one of the most beautiful waiting areas; and all areas were very clean; smelled good and I truly was amazed.

Great experience! Had questions about next stage of care and options and way forward were discussed and I am very comfortable with my treatment plan.
