I had an excellent experience with Dr. Masood Ahmed. From the very first appointment, I felt heard, respected, and confident in the care I was receiving. Dr. Ahmed took the time to explain my condition clearly, answer all of my questions, and discuss treatment options in a way that made me feel fully informed and supported. Their attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine compassion truly set them apart. The entire staff was also professional, friendly, and efficient, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Dr. Ahmed's expertise, I feel more at ease about my heart health. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a skilled and caring cardiologist.

While we were there, it was fine. Dr Soni is wonderful, however, we never get a response from the patient portal or left voice mail messages. Appointments will be changed without notification. We took a needed form two months before deadline of needing it and no one would tell me what was going on with it. I had to physically go to the office to find out. And the person sitting to the side of the check in never offered to help-an employee passing the desk said someone would be with me eventually. Turns out the person sitting there was the office manager! It explains a lot of the issues with this office staff.

Staff are welcoming and willing to answer questions in their areas of the work environment. This I was pleased with as some staff of former doctors were very much in the background. I was recommemded to Dr. Moore by a former doctor. It was an excellent recommendation for me. She shares information to me regarding my conditions and the possibilities of the said conditions, even if they may not be desired. I find Dr. Moore open and honest with what is taking place in my health issues and when she is unsure she recommends a specialist to be sure and cover the issues. I highly recommend Dr. Moore with her knowledge and honesty with me as a patient. She is a special doctor!!!

My follow-up visit for the exercise nuclear stress test went very well. Jennifer Lewis did an excellent job walking me through the test results and confidently answered all of my questions. Even though I had read the report ahead of time, there is no better way to communicate technically challenging, and sometimes potentially emotionally taxing information that to meet in person. Thank you for walking me through everything!

I was pleased with Dr. Ahmed and the majority of his staff, but the young ladys the heck out was not very attentive and I was very disappointed in the testing she set up for me. I can have my stress test on 11/10/25, but my echocardiogram won't be done until February. I'm a retired RN who worked 44 years and have had several of these tests before and never had to wait this long!
