The young lady who greeted us today was absolutely amazing and quite a nice change compared to the variety of front-end office staff we meet at other facilities. Absolutely cheerful and full of positive energy. We have never had a bad experience, but the young lady today 10/14 was worth the trip to see the Doc. Thank you

I have had cardiac care at other cardiac specialists. I never really understood what was going on with me and how to manage it. My PA Julianne Davis-Lowther is the best, for the first time since I have my cardiac issue I know what's going on. Not the old you are on a good medical regimen, don't worry. PA Julianne filled in the gaps, I mean the gaps where I had a question but could not formulate the question in my mind. I now feel comfortable managing my condition and I have even improved! I am truly grateful for that! I think I'll be around until she becomes a little old lady.

They rescheduled my appt on me one day prior to my appt and didn't let me know it would be in a different building. I showed up to my appt, and they told me it was at a different office. I finally got to the other office and they told me I had to wait until the last patient was seen! Not a happy camper here. Had to take off work for this! The staff, however, was very nice. All of my experiences with any Riverside staff had been amazing.

Very informative Office. My Cardiac team makes sure I understand what is going on and what steps we need to take next.
