Dr. Johns is Absolutely Exceptional! Dr. Johns has cared for 3 generations of my family. Over the decades, his compassion and expertise have been a source of comfort and trust. His staff is always friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment every visit. We are endlessly grateful for the high level of care and personal attention he and his team provide. I highly recommended Dr. Johns for anyone seeking top-notch cardiologist. (It's wonderful to have a healthcare provider who not only offers exceptional care but also builds such strong, trusting relationships with their patients.)

There should be a 6th star for Dr. Mark Johns and his staff. By far, the best medical experience I have ever experienced in my 40 years of existence. I have never had a doctor- never mind a specialist, personally follow up with me multiple times. Dr. Johns is witty, incredibly sincere, thorough, and absolutely an expert in his field. I would trust him with my life and would highly recommend. Also, this office has a gem in their radiologic technologist, cannot remember his name and a young lady handling the phones is phenomenal. I visited Cardiology of Virginia due to upper chest pain after a recommendation from my primary. And the entire experience was top notch and I feel 100% confident with Dr. Johns assessment. Any future issues - I have already programmed his contact info into my phone - would repeat without reservations!

Receptionists are friendly and efficient. Dr. Johns is far too chatty and silly on topics other than me, the patient. The office is horrible at communicating with patients-they simply don't bother to acknowledge or respond to messages. Far too many cardiologists to put up with a non responsive nurse and inattentive doctor.

I highly recommend Dr Johns. He is thorough, professional, and very amenable. His staff is also excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Johns might be a great Doctor but communicating with him is very difficult. I saw him twice in his office in two years. A medical condition sent me to Chippenham Hospital where he came to see me and ordered some tests. He referred me to another specialized doctor and indicated to have sent him already my medical records. To understand my medical condition I tried to see him to discuss the results of the various tests performed at Chippenham Hospital he ordered. After a wait about one hour in his office I had to leave due to my schedule. I felt it was very unprofessional not to see patients within a limited time window around the scheduled appointment time. Seeing the other doctor I found out no records of the hospital stay had been sent. Needless to say I am finding another doctor works within the HCA network and not for Bon Secures.
