Very professional! Dr Guzman and the entire staff that I encountered were very efficient and caring. I completed an Echocardiogram this morning and the young lady/specialist was an absolutely wonderful professional. I've had opportunity to visit with them on 3 separate occasions over the past couple of weeks and they make my previous dealings with a large-scale medical, primary care provider systems, feel like I was dealing within the shadows of a Sanatorium or Asylum. Efficient check-in, low wait time and was able to see Dr. Menen quickly. Very good bedside manner and knowledgeable. Spent a good amount of time with me. Highly recommend.

I was shamed by the staff for not following pre-stress test protocols, which were never advised to me prior to. Then I over heard staff talking about me while I was in waiting area. Which the entire waiting room could hear as well. I called them on it and they didn't seem to care. After completing test, I was led to believe the test results showed I had heart issues. Which were later determined to be false. Very unprofessional organization

More concerned about your ability to pay than your health. Billing people mean and rude! Charged for miss appointment I didn't know I had! Never going back!

I've just had my appointment with Dr. Mark Johns cardiology of Virginia and I give them a five star rating. Wait time in the waiting room was 10 minutes complete history and physical by the nurses as well as EKG immediately and the doctor was in three minutes later. Very explicit and concise. Highly recommend.
