The entire staff at VCS Bell Creek Medical Center was extremely professional! Dr. Rahatgi's demeanor is outstanding. He listens intently to his patients. Going over all of one's medical history is very important..he exhibits this in a thorough manner. A patient feels very comfortable with all of these qualities! Thank you!!
Got to the Bell Creek office earlier than their stated office hours, but they were open. I was about 35 min. early on my appointment time, but they took me in after waiting only 7 min. My scans were super quick. Everyone was ready to work, efficient, and extremely friendly. The office was easy to locate. I highly recommend this practice location.
Great experience. Front desk was quick and friendly. Doctor listened and spoke about my concerns thoroughly, and was unrushed. Clearly knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'm happy with the follow up test he decided on and he explained each potential outcome and where we would go from there. Office was clean, parking was easy. Overall 10/10.
Very professional and competent staff. The doctor listened carefully and kindly diagnosed my test results thoroughly and scheduled a follow up test to reveal any possible additional concerns which gave me peace of mind. This practice and it's staff are most impressive and time efficient with great care.
I had an echo test done . The first time they didn't hurt me. He was very nice. Made me feel comfortable. I forgot his name. But I was there on 8/25/25.if I had to get another one I would like him to do it. Everyone was nice . I needed help with my clothes . The nurse came in help me. Thanks for being so understanding .
