Excellent care provider. My major point of contention is getting refills. It should be unnecessary for me the patient to continually contact the office asking them to submit a prescription refill to my pharmacy. Having to make a third call for said refill and never a requested follow up call is a bit unsettling.
I had my visit today with the heart vascular doctor . I compliment the receptionist, the nurses and all the staff members on how patient and tolerant they were on handling aggravating irritating patient in the office today, I would give them a 10 star rating on this day alone. Great job and it was nicely and professionally handle.
Larissa is knowledgeable and always takes her time to address all my questions and concerns! She makes me feel comfortable and truly listens. The staff is very welcoming and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism displayed by the staff. I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner, Larissa. She actually stayed late on a Friday evening just to squeeze me in for a first time visit because my symptoms were concerning. She took her time with me, and never made me feel rushed. She was so kind and so respectful. I felt she genuinely cared about my overall well-being and wanted to make sure she got to the root of my symptoms. I highly recommend this office. They truly care about the patients they serve.
