Dr. Chao is a terrific doctor, professional, thoughtful, enthusiastic, and caring. I first met her at Virginia Hospital Center. Her analysis of my condition and review of my tests, past history, and current issues was thorough; her recommendations for treatment were correct. In our follow-up, she continues to provide excellent analysis, interpretations, and recommendations. She is great.

Dr. Chao has been my cardiologist for over 10 years. Her care for me has been exemplary. She quickly responds to information requests and has assisted in my recovery from two heart attacks. Kaiser is very fortunate to have such a remarkable doctor.

This is the first time I visited Dr.Chao. she was pleasant, friendly and attentive. She reviewed my history carefully, listened to my concerns and recommended appropriate tests. I had a good feeling when I left the consulting room.

Dr. Chao was the only doctor who sent me messages every day when I was going through extreme edema. She expressed more concern than my Primary care doctor (PCP) or any of my other doctors. I had the infrequent feeling that she really cared about my health. That's very rare and makes her a prime choice for a cardiac doctor. I hope she reads this and understands how much I appreciate her. She is both very professional and personable; and she listens, truly listens.
