The office manager at this building is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment, found my provider's door locked, and sat quietly in the empty lobby outside their office. That was apparently enough to set her off. She came out yelling at me, insisting I couldn't sit there, and when I calmly asked her to leave me alone, she doubled down and kept harassing me. She then outright lied, claiming she had called my provider and that they were inside waiting for me. My provider later confirmed no call was ever made. This kind of dishonesty is appalling in a medical setting. When I asked her name, she refused to give it and walked away dismissively, as if her behavior was acceptable. It isn't. This establishment has a one-star rating for a reason, and my experience made it painfully clear why. No patient should be treated this way. I would rather go without care than ever deal with this practice again.

The most atrocious service. They do not even deserve to be called a medical center given the lack of unprofessional. My father did blood work a week prior to the scheduled appointment yet they claimed they did not have the results back. I was understanding at that time given mistakes and issues can occur once in a while. But the fact they had to called me multiple times over the week asking about the labs that they should have already have revealed how disorganized they truly are. They rescheduled my father for another appointment, only to call me on the day of asking to move up televisit 4 hours earlier. People have jobs and busy schedules and are not able to comply with last minute schedule changes. The receptionist I spoke with was nothing but disrespectful, diminishing my frustrations but saying that I should just take my father to urgent care if it's that bad. I would give this place zero stars if I could, stay clear from this place. They overcharge and under deliver.

Today, July 23 I went to my yearly check-up at the Fairfax Office and was greeted by the most friendly receptionist (nurse) since I have been going to Dr. Gupta. Most time the receptionists are strictly business not very personally. Alissah really made me feel welcomed and was very helpful. She was a ray of sunshine and most efficient and friendly. We were able to get to know one another in that short time and she was interested in me as a person. I sure hope she is going to start working at the Fairfax Office. Dr. Gupta needs to appreciate what a wonderful employee he has hired.

Great service, the staff is really nice and friendly. Went with a friend for an appointment and they made us feel like family.

Hi my name is Kristina. Until today I was a patient. I searched and found them, who I loved. I also took my son,and my mother there. The doctors are awesome. But at the end of the day it's about money. I loved them, and thought they were very personal. Long story short. They refused to refill something that helped my mother tremendously because of money owed. I even asked to just fill a week until I could make right with the bill. But they wouldn't. So she has to suffer now because of money. I don't normally deal with social media but I couldn't let this one go. I am a holy person so I still will pray for each and every one of them. It's just frustrating, now I have to look for another doctor for my entire family! God Bless! In Jesus mighty name Amen
