Dr. Scott A. Ross, MD

An excellent family practitioner, sees most of our family as we switched some kids from a pediatric practice to this family practice. Dr. Ross has an excellent bedside manner, listens carefully to his patients, and is very responsive. The Office staff is courteous and professional. I absolutely recommend him. The office is busy and may be difficult to get a same day appointment, however, there is an Urgent Care in the same building if needed.

I called to make an appointment and was on hold for 15 minutes initially, then called back on 3 separate lines and was on hold on all three, finally someone came on after 37 minutes, yes I waited just to see how long it would take. When I let the scheduler know how long it took she said we're just that busy because we take calls from all locations. that's it..we're just that busy!!? I let her know your intake process is flawed or broken. it shouldn't take a business of any kind that long to manage call routing or have someone answer to manage appointments. I wonder if the doctors are aware of how poor this process functions. I ended up canceling my appointment and there was improvement, the hold time was only 15 minutes this time.

If there is no customer service, there is no business. Pay attention to reviews what your client's are complaining about. I wanted to be your new client but seems I wouldn't be able to handle 15 min hold time.
