My mother has been a long time patient of this clinic. It is the absolute worst. I was not aware of the level of disrespect and unprofessional tendencies this office has. The front desk is absolutely rude, not friendly at all, they stare at you with an attitude, cannot respond to a simple greeting, they act as if they don't want to be there, they snatch your money right out of your hand, absolutely zero people skills. To follow suit, the P.A Soledad Soto Ferrufino, has a blank stare and kinda attitude about her with patients. She gave me the up and down look when I came in with my mother as if my presence was not welcomed. I did not care because i wanted to make sure my mother was being treated fairly. You woukd think being that she is a Hispanic (bolivian) cause we are bolivian Hispanics as well, she would have a better attitude about her job and have a friendlier approach for someone that claims to be a doctor but is a whole physician assistant, not a doctor. The real thing about them is their hustle. They charge for the consult and bloodwork separate, then they make u come back for the result which is another charge. Truly this is a place where miserable people work at, misery loves company so of course the patients who cannot afford health insurance have to go somewhere but at least treat them with respect. They work hard for their money to make your paycheck. And soledad never ever forget where you come from, just because you have a title doesn't make you better than everyone else. You lost sight of that but someone will humble you quick fast. To the business owner of this location, do better at finding good staff, cause word of mouth travels fast in the Hispanic community.
