Administrative and clinical staff are most courteous and efficient. Dr Mendelson deserves a shout out. His bedside manner and knowledge are outstanding. He is a superb physician. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns thoroughly. He took his time and I was not rushed . This is terribly important. When I left I felt reassured with a sense of well being. I highly recommend this group

I have never written a review this fast. Just got back from my Cardiac Appointment. I'm 32 and I don't usually find myself needing to see a cardiologist. From the moment I met Dr. Park, I felt like I was in good hands. He was patient, kind, and genuinely took the time to explain things to me -- how the heart works, what he was looking for, and what kind of symptoms are actually helpful to mention during a heart exam. That might sound basic, but no one's ever explained that to me before. As someone who isn't an expert, it's easy to get off track or share things that might not be relevant, but Dr. Park gently guided the conversation without ever making me feel like I was saying something wrong. I've had doctors in the past who seemed frustrated or rushed when I didn't know the "right" things to say. That wasn't the case at all here. Dr. Park made me feel respected and listened to, which honestly made it easier to talk openly about my health -- something that hasn't always been easy for me. And it wasn't just him, the staff was great too. The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Susan) was really warm and welcoming. If you're even slightly concerned about your heart health, or just want peace of mind, I highly recommend this office. Dr. Park truly cares, and it shows. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
