UVA Health Cardiology Haymarket

I recommend Dr. Yunus, he listens, his bedside manner is great, he's informative, you can tell that he cares about his patients. He's worked closely with my grandfather to improve his health. We can't thank him enough, Dr. Yunus is an outstanding doctor. Not only have my mother and I become his patients, since I posted my original review months ago, I've noticed positive changes in the front office staff which has improved our experience at this location.

After searching for a good cardiologist I finally found one for my mother in law. Dr. Yunus is a Great Doctor with great best bedside manners. I loved the way he took care of my 72 yr old mother in law answered all her questions without cutting her off or ignoring her and looking at his computer screen instead of her. I highly recommend him. As per his office staff they are horrible and very rude. One of the girls Diana (I guess is her name) was on her cellphone the whole time I checked in and out and the other girl at the window was very Kirk and rude. I will definitely take my mother-in-law back to see the doctor but not at that Haymarket office.

I highly recommend Dr. Yunus as one of the BEST Cardiologist in the area. He listens, his bedside manner is great, he's informative, answers all the questions you may have, you can tell that he cares about his patients not just the money. Now the front office staff management really needs to do something with them. They have bad attitudes in person as well as over the phone especially when you speak Spanish. They tent to give my mother the run around transferring her everywhere instead of helping her. My mother doesn't speak English but she also doesn't have to be treated any different. However, when I've had to deal with the people in the Manassas office, they are more pleasant but do keep you on hold for a period of time but actually take the time to help you out. When making appointments or addressing Some concern's I suggest you call them instead of the front desk in Haymarket, they are much busier on their cells phones instead of helping out. Other than that Dr. Yunus Is Awesome!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
