I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mitchell at Front Royal Orthopedic. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain your options. What stood out to me even more was the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with was professional, polite, and showed genuine concern for my health and well-being. From check-in to follow-up, I felt cared for and respected. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and his team to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

Hung up on me yesterday when I called a few minutes before closing - heaven forbid someone dare to call while the business is still open - call back and the outgoing voicemail is rather rude and they don't return calls, so you have to call again the next day - and once you finally reach them, they had absolutely no flexibility for a child who was only here on vacation for 2 days to be quickly evaluated at the request of a local urgent care, wanting to send us over an hour away to New Market. Ridiculous anti-patient practice that wants to do the bare minimum to get that sweet insurance money.

I broke my ankle and fibula in late May 2020, and required surgery. I was referred to Dr. Erik Mitchell, Orthopedic Surgeon to fix me up. He is an absolute OUTSTANDING surgeon and very knowledgeable. He is encouraging, kind, and compassionate. The surgery went really well. He thoroughly listened to my concerns as I followed up with him during my healing process, and always guided me in the right direction. I feel I have healed beautifully and am able to fully return to work, unrestricted. His entire team both in the Office and the O.R. are fabulous, wonderful people that legitimately care about their patients, and I am proud to say I have Dr. Mitchell as my Orthopedic!

My 9yr old broke her arm and all the staff were so kind with her. Every single person took their time and didn't rush through. They explained ever step or the surgical process. Nurse brandy so so kind and caring. Dr Mitchell was nice and efficient. Dr. Carl was awesome. They all followed up with my daughter to make sure she was ok. All around would recommend!

This is posted under my daughter's name, but Dr. Mitchell operated on me, Ann Vanture. He fixed my carpel tunnel wrist perfectly. No complications. A decades long problem vanished instantly. And whomever said he doesn't care about his patients is wrong, wrong, wrong. Dr. Mitchell is friendly and caring!
