I'm not sure how else to get in touch with them other than going in person. I tried to reschedule a test and left three messages over the course of two weeks, but no one ever called me back. For the second test I needed, they waited until less than 24 hours beforehand to leave a voicemail saying it had been denied by the insurance company and was being canceled. Of course, when I tried to call back "Shocker", I got voicemail again. Bottom line: Other than going into the office in person, I am honestly not sure how to contact them because they do not answer the phone forcing you to leave a message. They will not call you back making communication virtually nonexistent. I'm a bit frustrated and understand they can be busy at times, but take a few minutes to return calls. In my humble opinion, ever since Dr. Vranian retired, they have lost that personal relationship and gone downhill. Just my thoughts........

I've been seeing Dr. Chandra since last summer, and he is great. I wish they had a patient portal. I've left word asking to get one set up, but nothing yet. UPDATE: I now have a patient portal, but it is very basic and doesn't have a bill pay feature or a bill payer reminder system. Calling the billing department isn't fun, and the wait time is way too long!

Really appreciate how streamlined this place has become after they made their move. Really, really super nice people.

I wanted to take a minute to praise this practice. Everyone from James at the front desk to my nurses Martha and Latonya and my ultrasound tech Nicole were amazing today. They answered all of my questions about the test I took, explained everything that was going on and kept the mood light and funny. I did NOT want to be on a treadmill at 7 am but these ladies made it a great experience. Thank you!

Dr. Chandra is excellent in his attention to detail and assigning medication that will really help the patient.
