I was a new patient so the initial visit to quite a long time. Two and half hours too be exact.This practice appeared to be very busy and there was a lot going on. I first saw the sweetest nurse and nurse practitioner. Both took their time to explain things and get all of my medical information.
After that I saw Dr Banerjee. She was so sweet,kind and very knowledgeable.
I have a bunch of appointments ahead of me so that we can hopefully get to the root cause of some of my issues.
I'm wearing a heart monitor for 7 days. The monitor could be more up to date, but I'm doing the best I can with it.
It was extremely cold in the office. I mean I was shivering. I'm sure that they intentionally keep it that cold due to all of the medical equipment. Bring a nice sized sweater or jacket.
Overall I am so far very happy with this practice and I hope that they can help me feel better.

The doctor is a great, wonderful person and doctor. Her staff sucks they don't listen, never tell you what's going on. I took my mother there for test results and was there for 3 hours for testing, no notice, and I missed my appointment. Called or the pharmacy call for refills take a week for them to respond, or I have to call back several times, and they still do not call the refill in. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she is busy to address the issue. They doctor is great staff not so much.
