"Q" made me feel so comfortable. Q had a wonderful presence and made me feel safe. Explaining every step and gently and patiently accessed my vein. I am so grateful for this location. Jack also is incredible and the front desk helpful and efficient. so very grateful.

Overall, this has been a great (if that is possible) experience. Everything from the scheduling, to the checkin, to the actual procedure. I needed a MRI with a STAT priority. Originally the earliest date I could get was month end, which was several weeks away. However, the scheduling person kept refreshing&checking for me and we were able to get an appointment the following day. I was grateful for this. Then the day of, the check-in was smooth and the front desk was very friendly. This was my first MRI so the MRI technician was very reassuring, walking me through each step of the testing. This eased my nerves and made for a good experience.

I am a new patient and had a wonderful experience! The staff were kind, friendly, professional, efficient, and patient. I did not have to wait long and their check-in process was easy. The facility during my experience was clean, neat, and welcoming. I had an X-ray and MRI and received the results of my X-Ray within a few hours after my appointment!! I expect my MRI results within a week. I recommend their services!!

Orders were incorrect from doctor. Radiologist flagged the discrepancy between the order and my intake paperwork. One Radiologist gentleman called my doctor, was correct and had order reissued promptly despite waiting through doctor's office phone lines! Terry at the front desk was so kind and professional, explained everything to me and was able to reschedule me for the next morning during quite possibly the busiest time of the year (Late November). At check-in the next morning a lovely intelligent young woman remembered me from the day before and fast tracked my intake. Later the same young woman assisted me in getting a CD made. I also believe she may have been responsible for finding me my initial appointment in the first place! Ms. Temple, another radiologist, conducted my MRI with contrast and was kind, courteous, professional and highly competent. The fasting was very hard on me and she made me feel as though should I need help after my MRI the staff were there to help me. Ms. Temple also communicated to me that a request to have the radiologist report sent to my surgeon as soon as possible was added to my report. You don't know what really exceptional care is until you need it and receive it. Thank you so very much to you all.

I didn't even have my coat off yet and was called back to the imaging suite! The technician (I wish I could recall his name -Tam, maybe?) was great! Everyone made me feel welcome and at ease and it went so quickly!
