Very difficult to get an appointment. Even after an emergency room visit. Dr McSwain was incredible! He sat there and answered all our questions, he had an in depth knowledge of my history, everything that had happened in the emergency room and exactly how to fix the problem. I had a difficult time scheduling surgery, no one would call us back. After two weeks we had to call the office ( not the scheduler), to get scheduled. If the office was as good as Dr McSwain the experience would be much better.
