Pre-Op Dr Eldadah introduced himself and had the entire team present to introduce themselves and their responsibilities.This is so comforting and touching to both a worried patient and attending family members before a heart procedure. You feel that your are not just another patient or barcode scan but rather have a personalized first name relationship with those performing your heart procedure.
