Inova Vascular - Fair Oaks

I have no issues with the office. I have always felt my visits were professional and the staff very friendly. BUT my issue is with this Inova business of not being able to contact a doctors office directly. My Chart is very unreliable because some do reply, but some not, as with this office. If you need to talk to a doctor or have billing issues, it takes forever and one is lucky if they even get to talk to a human being other than the Inova relay system. And after a mess of emails via Inova to Dr. Hashemis office, I have yet to receive any acknowledgement.

I have the worst experience with a healthcare provider here by far with Dr. Hashemi. When I asked him what type of treatment should I pursue, he said he would listen to me. I was shocked to hear that but I asked again and he said the same thing. I got confused and frustrated at the same time. He was so eager to end our appointment which I and my insurance company paid money so fast. I never seen such irresponsible provider. I think it is time for him to retire.

Terrible service!!! I went to see Dr Hashemi about a vascular issue I've been experiencing. I expected a better understanding of my condition and treatment options as promised by the referring provider. Instead all I got was a less than 5 minute appointment and a reading of my file. No advice. No treatment options. And most importantly I was not given the chance to ask a single question before he rushed me out of the office. I've also been given the run around by INOVA billing and the office manager who is taking their sweet time to correct my bill. I will definitely be seeking health care elsewhere from now on. This is health care, not a Chick-fil-A drive thru!

Wasnt worth it. Still have pain but they have their payment
