If there was a zero option, I would have chosen that. This office has gone down horribly. Despite them encouraging you to use the My Chart, No one ever responds to your request . The Representatives answering the phone are operating just as a robotic machine. It's very sad. You need to have a summon in order for them to let you talk to the operator Management. They interrogate you with hundreds of questions and you never hear their managers voice. I don't know how they are proud to say that INOVA was recognized as the first in the industry maybe other locations but definitely not here. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my mother in the last few months and after hundreds of phone calls I was able to schedule her appointment. I called to confirm her appointment and was informed that her physician is retiring. We were never informed of this and no one is returning our call to reschedule her. I don't know how they can get away with such poor customer service and operate. Their 2.5 rating speaks volumes!!!
