From the very moment you enter this facility in Fairfax, they make you feel relaxed and confident that everything is going to be just fine in their care. The staff, Judy, Naomi, Crystal and Larissa are terrific. Dr. Eric You, is exceptional. He provides the patient with a very thorough description of his findings about the condition without lofty pronouncement and explains the available options, ensuring that the patient has a good understanding of the outcome. I had an amazing experience at Fairfax Vascular Center! From the start Anastasia was absolutely astounding - she was incredibly professional, patient, thorough, and so helpful. She provided me with clear and detailed information about everything I needed to know for the appointment, making the whole process seamless, which set the tone for my visit. From start to finish, everything was smooth and efficient. I was seen on time and finished on time, which I truly appreciated. When I arrived, the receptionist was warm and welcoming -- and impressively, she had all my information printed and ready for check-in, making the process quick and easy. The person who did my testing was also very professional and friendly and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, which helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend this center for anyone seeking high quality care!

The check-in was quick--within three minutes the nurse came to get me. The process was easy, and I really appreciated the way she took care of everything for me. She made sure I was comfortable and understood that I was worried. Before I left, she reassured me that everything would be okay, and explained they would send the results to my doctor, who would review them by tomorrow. Overall, it was an easy and comfortable process for me

Dr. very good ( if a little reticent concerning why I had been referred) (this may have been due to the tech's misunderstand when speaking with me- he was slightly defensive at on point. Ater more discussion all was fine. The tech was very efficient almost to the point of curtness not to say rude. He surely had the best of intentions but could do with showing a little more compassion.

They were able to schedule me a few days from when I called them since they have multiple locations, they just couldn't do the closest one to me. The office is clean and has enough chairs and space but it has bad accessibility. There are no handicap buttons to open their door to the office reception, waiting room, or bathroom. And they're all kinda heavy doors that are hard to open. It's also just hard to find the right building the office is in and it's very easy to go to the wrong building. This office is under Fairfax radiology which is in a separate building right beside it, they should've made them in the same building and even the same floor since they're so similar and you can easily go to the wrong one. The staff aren't great too. They're very slow and inattentive so you're waiting for them all the time and trying to get them to do something. They're also annoying to work with. They don't give you any images, you can't see them, and then they tell you to call medical records for them and the office can't help you. They also say they'll email you things like a receipt, but they don't do it.
