Getting scheduled for these complex tests was easy although availability was very limited, the diagnostic technicians were extremely respectful, and knowledgeable and made me so comfortable for the very daunting exams. After months of paying for and traveling multiple hours in both directions for testing I have not been able to communicate with anyone from the Herndon or Fairfax office via My Chart or by phone. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency or communication, and while 3 months ago I would have recommended this place to any and all who needed comprehensive POTS evaluations, I no longer will support this business without transparent communication. ETA: After placing this reviewing I received communication via My Chart from the Fairfax office and had my consult visit scheduled. I will update my review after the visit. Update: My consultation appointment was wonderful. I spent an hour with the MD going over every single test result, having all of my questions answered, and genuinely felt listened to- with HOPE that there is a relief from my debilitating symptoms. I have learned of a merger dissolving Hopkins and CHI and understand that practices may have difficulty during transition, but that does not excuse the lack of communication. Staff has never been anything but friendly and accommodating prior to the last few months. I will continue to recommend this office with the preface that there could be difficulty with communications while they are in transition. This place is wonderful and such a diamond in the rough for all POTS patients.
