Chethana Rao, MD

My insurance received a claim from this doctor. I was never seen by Chethana V. Rao. I was seen by physician assistant Jamie. It is not a good practice to have patients seen by PAs then charge insurance as they were seen by a doctor. It's unethical.

Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Rao - she listens to me, provides solid answers and relevant additional information, and explains things well. Importantly, she remembers what's been going on with me and inquires about it. I've moved quite a bit and have had many primary care physicians... she is by far my favorite.

Dr. Rao is an exceptional physician, who is thorough and takes time to treat me as an individual. Her office is run exceptionally well, and I am so appreciative of the individual and personal medical care from the Prima Medicine team.

I've been going to Dr. Rao for three years! She's remained consistently thorough. She listens to you as a patient and she makes time for your concerns. She has a great team of phlebotomists and the front desk staff are great as well. She has wonderful nurse practitioners that I've seen in the clinic as well. I will forever stick with Dr. Rao as long as my insurance covers her because she is an excellent primary care provider.

Dr. Rao and her staff are wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Dr. Rao is genuinely interested and concerned about patients and their well-being. She takes the time to address any concern and takes into consideration the life issues patients may have that are affecting their health. She is very kind and always responds quickly to calls, text and email. I am extremely happy with the service she provides and highly recommend her.
