The service at this facility is phenomenal. The attention to detail by the entire staff from check in to discharge is exceptional. The nursing staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to see that you are comfortable and well informed. The anesthesiologist takes as much time as needed to address any concerns that you may have and ensures that you will be well taken care of while under his watch. Dr. Sanjiv Lakhanpal is exceptional and very detailed both before and after the procedure. He is very honest and straight forth and addresses you as if you were a family member opposed to just being a patient. His compassion and warmth put both my husband and I at ease and we would highly recommend him, the staff and this facility to anyone who needs a procedure that falls within their area of expertise. After years of being told the pain I was experiencing could not be treated, I was happy to finally have a diagnosis and treatment plan. Doctors, Nurses and staff were always kind and courteous, and they made me feel like I was their most important patient when I was with them.
