Staff was very friendly and courteous! Was taken back within minutes of my appointment time. Very satisfied with the level of service I received. Would recommend to anyone for their cardiovascular needs!

I will be dead before they provide me the care I need... I waited almost a year for my appointment and they close the office for a few inches of snow and said they would reschedule the next day, But ... No one contacted me and after 3 days my insurance care coordinator left a message and when they finally called to arrange an appointment I was not very receptive, yet the individual who contacted me was very unprofessional and seemed to be more emotionally involved with her ego than to be receptive to a Heart Patient... I had a minor heart attack 3 weeks ago, yet took care and managed my incident, yet I need specialized tests to see the damage... I also have an aneurysm close to the level of surgery (needing another imahing test to see the measurements) and have been living with serious symptoms for few months and especially after that incident... So, the individual was providing dates and times available and it was months before I could get an appointment and I had a bit of an attitude saying that I could be dead by then and complained about the system they had on closing the office and that I had already waited a year for my appointment... She shut the phone on me, extremely rude, unprofessional, and emotionally imbalanced to do such a thing to a Heart Patient... This town pretending to be a city is like a third world country and if I had more money per month I would go back to Massachusetts where there is the most perfect, high-end medical care... I will be contacting the Medical Board to lodge a formal complaint, amongst other agencies...

Very little signage to present where office was. Tried to call office to get help and directions, phone kept ringing for 15 minutes, until I eventually found the office where i was 10 minutes late to the appointment. Got there the front desk lady was just sitting there ignoring the phones, was rude when I explained my lateness and concern for lack of help due to nobody picking up. She didn't care and told me that id have to reschedule. She rescheduled me for late July even though ive been having heart problems. I called back to get ahold of an office manager about the issue. There were several appointments available prior to the one i was given according to the office manager. She also stated that they were having phone problems. She rescheduled me to a sooner date. The office manager seemed to be polite and address the issue. However this was a 30 minute trip to get to this office and they should have more decency to allow the patient to be seen since they were having phone issues and was unable to be of assistance. I am very disappointed with this office and will be looking elsewhere to move my appointments. I do not recommend this place.

Staff and docs %100 great. Wait time not so good.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very timely. Dr. Zagol is outstanding.
