Dr. Duncan has been my Dr since I was 10 years old when I first started getting heart palpatations and blood pressure issues. I am now 29 years old and he REFUSED my medication refill request and that I should call back during normal operating hours. My medicine is vital that if I do not take it i get severe heart palpatations that cause me to be dizzy and weak and will hospitalize me if I do not take it. After 19 years of seeing the same dr, he refused to even speak with me. Will be seeing a new cardiologist considering what has happened.
