Sentara Cardiology Specialists

Awful just awful. I am going to have a heart attack out of frustration dealing with the entire incompetent staff top to bottom. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to Sentara Cardiology. Is there any accountability in the medical field anymore?

I see Dr. Ramin Alimard and I'm so impressed with his knowledge and bedside manners. He takes as much time as you need and doesn't make you feel rushed. He was very thorough and well worth the wait time to see him. I'm so grateful for him and would highly recommend.

Dr. Miller is a compassionate, competent provider. He explained everything in great detail, did a thorough exam, and told us exactly what our next steps are. His staff is awesome as well. His medical assistant thought ahead and asked about any testing that needed to be done so that we don't have to return a second time before his hospital procedure. We are very comfortable with this practice.

Dr. Iyer is very good; however, the office staff (all levels) has much need for improvement in many areas! Long call waits, leave messages - no one returns call, rude, too hurried an organization.

All the staff (receptionist and MA) and Dr. Iyer specifically are amazing here. Dr. Iyer was very thorough in explaining my husband's heart condition, the process of getting it fixed, and was very explicit about the risks of the procedure as well. He was very human and treated us like competent adults and we appreciated that. He really walked us all the way from A to B. Five stars!
