Its been 2 weeks sending my medical records to this location to the exact address and fax number still they dont recieve it????..It is very frustrating..My former cardiologist sent it twice...i kept calling this location still they havent recieve any?!?...They wont set me up for an appt until they get my medical records...i just wish they could call me back or get in touch or update...It seems they dont care...
