Dr. Ashby's office staff are very helpful and friendly. I am very impressed with Dr. Ashby because he explains things so well related to my condition. He gives the impression of relaxing the patient with his easy manner and not rushing.

It took 6 months to get a consult with Dr. Ashby. The office staff kept cancelling me via text. Text, Really? When I would call back no one would answer the phone. Once I finally had the long awaited visit, I began getting collection notices when I had never received a bill. Multiple calls and patient portal messages are not being answered. I paid the bill promptly and continue to receive collection letters for more and more money. I truly don't know if Dr. Ashby is a good Dr or not. I saw him for less than 5 minutes. But there is a terrible problem with his office staff and billing department. Worst practice I have ever visited. Will never go back.

While Dr Ashby is excellent, his support staff is horrible. One can never get anyone on the phone. My wife had gross hematuria and because of the bleeding, she needs to stop the blood thinners she was taking. Obviously she needs to consult with him before just stopping her meds. So two calls and 5 days later she still cannot get in contact with the doctor to give her advice. Totally unacceptable in an urgent matter.
