There's a lot of bad reviews but I had nothing but a positive interaction. The office personnel were friendly and professional. The doctor was very formative and helpful.

Doctors are great. Staff needs to be replaced, not all but some need to be removed for a greater patient experience.

They have taken great care of me

I was a little nervous going into my first appointment after reading the reviews but honestly I have 0 complaints! I called and got an answer after holding for awhile (maybe 10 min... I know this isn't ideal but considering I'm having to wait 30+ minutes to reach various other doctor offices I was more than happy with my 10 min wait). They were booked out for over a month but called me about a last minute cancelation and I was able to get an appointment less than 2 weeks after my initial call. I arrived 15 min early for my appointment & they called me to be seen as soon as I was checked in. Appointment went well, doc was direct and thoroughly explained what was going on and provided helpful advice as well as a game plan moving forward. Scheduling my next appointment was simple. Everyone was lovely - again I say, literally no complaints!

I am a new patient and the few times I called I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I am on hold with their office now and while waiting for someone to answer I was able to eat my breakfast, brush my teeth, apply my makeup, get dressed, dry and style my hair and type this posting:( AND I am still on hold!!!!! The recording says "your call is important to us" if our calls were so important then why wouldn't their office manager try to resolve the issue with the wait time!!
