My wife and I are Dr Feely's patients since more than 8 years. She's very caring and guiding for better health. In short she is the best Dr we have. Thank you you very much.

Been coming to see Dr. Feely for the past 12 years. In March was put on medication with a full plan/review on how to manage being on the medication. We had a plan on how to approach the insurance changes I was going to encounter in the months to come. When the time came to submit authorization with the new insurance I felt abandoned in the process. There is no availability on her schedule till January 2026 to address the concerns. MyChart messages were delayed and short responses with no advocacy to help support the next steps I did my part in calling new insurance and being on the line to connect them through the process of providing medical records to support the authorization for medication. To date, the insurance company is still waiting for the records as requested to support the authorization. Provider Feely noted on the MyChart messages that would be sent. When attempting to address my dissatisfaction was offered to see another provider. The reviews here support the experiences had. High caseload provider with no ability to properly address patient concerns/care. I'm now out of the medication a month out. Will have to restart the process and work with another provider to start the medication again.

I've been a patient of Dr Feely for the last 15 years. She is among the best doctors I have had in my 67 years. However, now there is never a time when the appointments available are less than about three months away. In addition while Dr. Feely is among the best, the same cannot be said of most of the supporting staff. There are times when they are rude and/or disrespectful to their patients (customers). There is no longer walk in availability and you NEVER see the doctors there without the three month wait. The nurses who see you before you are able to see the doctors seem emotionless and uncaring. I'm not sure if they hate their jobs, but it sure seems like it from a patient's perspective. Also, I recently experienced a billing problem that was caused by one of the staff (don't know whether medical or clerical). I was billed $315 for a Medicare provided annual physical. Medicare denied the claim and there was no one in that office who could tell me anything, much less attempt to research and resolve the billing error. The Medicare coding was incorrect and was denied by Medicare. It took over two months to resolve that stupid error, and in the meantime I was carrying a past due balance with INOVA. In a situation such as that, there is no one willing to help you. I referred this to my insurance broker, who spent a great deal of time getting this resolved with this practice. This is unacceptable!!!! As a result, I terminated my relationship with Dr Feely today and will no longer go through all of the hoops that you have to jump through dealing with INOVA personnel or getting an appointment in a reasonable period of time. I'd have better luck making an appointment with the President. Kerry Kidd

Dr. Feely is the best doctor. She is very professional and always responds via MyChart right away with advise and promptly follow up. Dr. Feely has always been very professional and listened to my concerns.

Dr. Feely is the BEST primary care provider I've ever been too. Reading through the one stars, they are not relevant to her or the staff in the slightest. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Dr Feely has helped me over the last several years and has ALWAYS gone above and beyond. She definitely cares about her patients. Thank you Dr Feely!
