Went here a few years ago when in need of a primary care physician. Terrible experience. The only medical practice where I've ever been treated with suspicion. During one visit I was required to complete a drug test as part of a follow up appointment, with no explanation whatsoever.

I went today for my sons well visit. When I called last week to see how much I had to pay them without insurance they said it was $125. I have also asked if I could do my sons physical for school and they said it would be $155 on top of the $125. I declined the service and only went for well visit. When we had to pay the rude receptionist ( no class at all) wanted to charge me $155. We have been going here for years but I will definitely not take my son here anymore. Extremely rude and it seems it's only based on money and not taking care of patients.

The front dest ladies were very professional and they listened to us. The doctors and the nurses were very nice, taking time to listen to you and professional. The hospital is nice and clean.

In July 2023, I visited Chantilly Family Medicine for my children's Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Form I-693). I clearly stated that the COVID-19 vaccine was declined due to religious reasons. However, they incorrectly documented it in the medical report, stating that the vaccine was not administered because the parents refused it. As a result, our USCIS application was rejected. When we returned to correct this issue, they demanded $175 per person for the COVID vaccine, $35 for the flu shot, and an additional $100 for paperwork. To avoid these charges, I chose to have the COVID and flu vaccines administered for free by my own doctor. Despite this, they still charged $100 per person, totaling $300, solely for processing paperwork. Despite the mistake being on their end, they acted as if they bore no responsibility. The staff at the front desk were rude, and their behavior was unprofessional, treating us in a dismissive manner instead of with the respect every individual deserves. Since we had already started the process with them, I felt compelled to continue. I would not recommend this unprofessional service to anyone. We all deserve courteous and competent service, especially when paying for it. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure this kind of experience.

In April 2024 I had a "complimentary" meet and greet appointment with a Doctor while I was pregnant. The Doctor was nice but the exam room looked dirty so we opted for another pediatric practice. I have since (so 8 months now) been getting bills for a medical appointment that simply did not happen. I regularly get e-mails to pay a co-pay for a service that didn't happen. There are plenty of options for health care, so i recommend heading to another practice.
