Patient
If your interested in experiencing Soviet era medicine this is the place for you. While I had several issues with this office, the most worrisome is their poor communication. After being assured I would be provided test results within a week, it took me six months to scheduled a follow up appointment and the office refused to provide any information over the phone. Update: After some additional confusion and a poor review (above) a representative contacted me and was able to clarify my health status. It is important to note that it took a poor review for someone at the office to clarify my health status. Luckily, I was seeking care out of an abundance of caution and was never truly concerned for my well-being. That said - the experience was very informative and I certainly can not, in good conscience, recommend this place to those seeking care. Two additional, things of interest. The office only does business over the phone. I was repeatedly told by receptionists that they don't have access to email. This makes the communication a little more cumbersome than it needs to be and just seems weird for a modern medical service. The second issue is that the Arlington office is rather dilapidated. While this is more of vanity concern it does speak to the standards of the office and provides an atmosphere that doesn't project professionalism or cleanliness.
