Sumi, the receptionist, was rude and unhelpful. I have been reaching out to this office to get an urgent clearance for one of my patients who is in pain, and when calling to follow up, she sounded annoyed by my call. She did state that she notified the doctor, but told me she "didn't know when I could get the clearance," and didn't reassure me that I would get it in a timely manner. It left me feeling unconfident about obtaining this clearance for my patient who has been waiting a MONTH now to be scheduled. At the very least, she could have been pleasant. I followed up the next day and another lady kindly informed me of the situation with our mutual patient.
