Sumi, the receptionist, was rude and unhelpful. I have been reaching out to this office to get an urgent clearance for one of my patients who is in pain, and when calling to follow up, she sounded annoyed by my call. She did state that she notified the doctor, but told me she "didn't know when I could get the clearance," and didn't reassure me that I would get it in a timely manner. It left me feeling unconfident about obtaining this clearance for my patient who has been waiting a MONTH now to be scheduled. At the very least, she could have been pleasant. I followed up the next day and another lady kindly informed me of the situation with our mutual patient.

I needed appointment at a very shirt notice for an acute problem on a Saturday . Help at every step was flawless. Doctor was patient, very knowledgeable and caring. The front desk staff, the M.A. were both excellent in terms of their support and skill. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

My parents have a very good experience with the clinic at first. However recently, 3 or more appointments that we been here end up with very bad experience. We always maintain to come early than our appointment but we always have to wait for more than 1 hour to actually see a doctor for 15-20 minutes. The last appointment that we have is at 11:30am but at 1pm my mom still sit in the room and wait to see the doctor.

I've been coming here a few years specifically for Madeline Caffrey. She's wonderful and really listens to what you need and offers her best suggestions. She's always taken great care of me! I got bronchitis and Covid multiple times before my wedding and she made sure to get me healthy!

Took my mother for the first time to see Dr. Thien Do. We had good experience with the doctor and his staff and didn't have to wait very long to receive the service for my mother.
