Virginia Heart - Alexandria

I called on September 10th to schedule an appointment for my mother. I spent 9 minutes on the phone. The appointment was supposed to be today, September 26th, 16 days later. My father even took a PTO day just to accompany her. Today, we found out the appointment was never scheduled at all. The only solution offered was to book it for next week, which means we wasted a PTO day for absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and responsibility. If you decide to schedule an appointment here, double-check everything and make sure you're talking to someone competent. This level of disorganization and carelessness is beyond disappointing.

I have been trying since June 18, 2025 to obtain an appointment. I have called, and the scheduling receptionists are always pleasant but this is not getting me the evaluation that I need. If it werent for my doctor recommending them, and this office being the closest to where I live, I would have given up and taken my co-pay elsewhere.

Dr Segal has been very empathetic towards my care each and everytime I visit. I also love his level of expertise in the cardiology field. Sarah and Veronica are both just as sweet as they can be. Everyone there makes me feel like a superstar and oh, so important! What more could a guy ask for. . .

It was kinda nice seeing the same doctor that you hadn't seen in about four or five years. He's just good as ever.
