Dr. Irum deserves more than 5 stars for her service. A lot of times at the doctor it's easily feel like just a face, just a patient on a long list of other patients. And in a way, we are but it's always nice to feel like your doctor actually sees you and cares about your well-being beyond the visit. I felt that exactly with Dr. Irum. From the moment she walked in, she checked in and apologized for any tardiness which is not something I mind, knowing how the work world works but she was sincere and ready to settle in and focus on me. She took an interest enough to ask me about my well-being because she could see I was in a transitional phase beyond just the physical and it felt like she knew just how much the day to day can play a part in your overall wellness. She went out of her way to recommend an extensive list of options for me beyond my physical with her to continue my journey to overall wellness and made me feel nothing less than safe and valued in the one visit I had with her. I genuinely appreciate her level of care and I'm very grateful I found her to be my new PCP.

Dr Sohail is my primary Doctor. She has a smart, has a great bedside manner, comes in prepared to listen to you, explains everything in layman's terms. She is just a breath of fresh air. Her team is GREAT, super efficient and very welcoming. From reception to the lab techs, I no longer get uptight when I come to see her. The MYCHART system is super easy to use and save lots of paperwork for you plus everything is right there for you online, lab results, records appointments and email messaging. She and her staff are super fast in responding to emails.
