I went there for my immigration paperwork. Everyone was extremely helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions (called several times, sometimes asking the same questions). Thanks to them, I was able to complete my paperwork in the most convenient way for a reasonable price. Also, I brought my kid to the appointment with me. Everyone was really kind and even tried entertaining him for a bit.

Dr Ayele is an excellent Doctor. Very respectful to all his patients. I am fascinated about his Responsiveness, professionalism, caring, doesn't rush during assessment and shows genuine care and interest in his patients. The right person to assist with medical decisions and to solve medical mysteries. He Does everything in his power to assist his patients. Waiting room staff are also helpful, pleasant, friendly. I Highly recommend

Feels like a bootleg operation.Unprofessional greeting when someone answers the phone. Person (office assistant) omits saying or sharing their name for some reason when taking appointments or when speaking to patients/providers. Not sure how someone is supposed to feel like they are being cared for if you don't try to connect with patients/potential patients and or providers. Appointments are taken by assistants , but not scheduled in the system only to find that they were never scheduled when you arrive. Website is null, doesn't work and has no information about clinic but the voicemail says to go on the website for more information. Office assistants are incompetent when it comes to billing to providers. They tell you to go on the website when they know it doesn't work. Why? Owners and managers, the least you can do is require your staff to watch office etiquette videos on YouTube and have them take a 10? Quiz. It's free, We're in the 21st century. Would not recommend unless you want your blood pressure to spike before you see your Dr.

Buckle in this is a long one. I don't typically write bad reviews but I've never experienced this in a doctors office before. I came to this office because it was the one with the quickest availability. When I got there for my appointment at 10 am there was no parking available and no signage outside for where I was supposed to go. I had to call the office to figure out what to do. This made me 10 minutes late for my appointment. When I did get there. I was told the the doctor was running late. He didn't get to the office until 10:35 am and didn't see me until 10:50 am. INFACT, he spoke with another patient that DID NOT have an appointment for several minutes before even seeing me. When I was finally in the exam room I didn't even get so much as an apology for being late. Dr. Ayele is a nice man and is obviously very knowledgeable so I felt that this would make up for his tardiness and disrespect for my personal time. Well two days later my results have come back from an ultrasound and lab work, I had called to ask if he was available the clerk said he wasn't currently in but I could come in at 2:45 pm for an appointment. I told her I could not do that and would like if he could call me. The clerk said he would call at 2:45 pm. I asked that she email my labs to me. She said she would just upload them to the portal. Hours passed and 2:45 pm came and went and I didn't receive a call nor were the results uploaded into the portal. I decided to call and was told that Dr. Ayele was not available and that he has a full schedule. I then asked why she would tell me that I would receive a call at a specific time if he was not available then. This should have been noted for him to set aside time and call the patient. She said he would call later. I asked about my lab work not being in the portal and she said she put it in. I rechecked the portal, there was nothing there. Not to mention I would have received a notification if something was uploaded. I also Had her remain on the phone with me and email them like I asked her to do in the first place. To sum it up, this office and disorganized, lackadaisical, with no regard to patient's time. I will be switching physicians immediately.

I was looking for a doctor's office near me and that would see me that same day. This doctor's office made that happen. Honestly it was a great experience. I had to wait a bit but now I know why. The doctor is extremely patient and will make sure he doesn't miss anything. The whole appointment is not rushed. Dr. Ayele is very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend him to anyone who is in search for a new doctor.
