The office staff is to be commended for continuing to get me a workable date to see a doctor earlier than Oct 6, 2025. The was absolutely no waiting time. Dr. West seemed nice, asking a lot of questions to ascertain how soon I needed to be seen. I'll have to wait until after my heart catheterization to evaluate him further.

The 2 receptionists were so nice...immediately I felt less nervous. Within 5 minutes the nurse took me back and did the b/p...EKG and other things...she was very nice also. When she finished...Dr. Welsh came in within 5 minutes. She was super nice...discussed all my results...explained everything...answered questions...was very thorough also. Great Doctor that felt like a friend.

I think they have a wonderful staff, and Dr. Welsh is great. She listened to all my concerns, explained things to where I actually understood what she was saying and answered all my questioned! Would recommend to anyone!! Great Experience!

I got signed in quickly, and my wait was less than 10 minutes when I was called back for triage. The doctor showed up right after I was placed in the room. We discussed my health , he signed my insurance paperwork and then his regular routine of checking my heart and lungs, and we discussed my medications as to whether they were working for me. Everyone was very professional and nice to me. The visit took about 30 minutes.
