We received good service... I think. What I do not like is the pharmacy, at all. There is absolutely no, no, no, privacy. It is uncomfortable to here the medical problems that the person in front has, and is even worse to know that the person or persons there hear about yours. I will not refill my viagra, here ever again

Dr. Johnson, From my very first new-patient appointment, he has consistently made me feel valued and genuinely cared for. We built a strong rapport early on, and I've always felt that he listens attentively to my health concerns and treats them as a true priority at every visit. Dr. Johnson has maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout all of our interactions. He exemplifies the values that the University of Utah strives to uphold--providing exceptional care, prioritizing patient well-being, and seeing each individual as a person, not a number. His commitment to my health and overall peace of mind has made an incredible impact. Thank you, Dr. Johnson, for everything you've done. I sincerely appreciate you--you truly bring me peace and reassurance.

I was called back for my appointment within minutes. Natalie Bee, PA is an excellent provider. She never feels rushed, she addressed all my concerns and was warm and friendly. I drive clear across the valley to see her and it is worth it.

Posting a review because this has been an ongoing issue. I was seeing Marcus White as my dr and I can not advise you to do the same. He prescribed medication and then whenever it's time for a refill it takes him a good four days to approve the request. It then takes the pharmacy several days to refill it. I've complained about this before and everything my team goes "oh yeah no it shouldn't take that long" yet every single time it does take that long. Every single time. It's been years. I'm over it. And my insurance won't let me change primary care providers so every time I need to refill a medication it comes down to Dr. White. I have filed a formal complaint and escalated it to management. It shouldn't take four days to approve a medication you prescribed me. If Dr. White is overwhelmed with the work load of having to do clinics, run tests, see patients, approve medications and whatever else, DISPERSE THE WORK LOAD. This anger is not only directed at Dr. White but at the entire staff of the Westridge branch. If you can not handle the work load, reorganize. If it's too much for a single Dr., have the medical team help. Isn't that what they're there for or are they useless too? Not every medication requires a follow up. Not every medication needs to be gatekept especially when it's emergency medication for asthma. As far as I know there's no cure for asthma. I'm never going to not have it so why on earth does it take you four days to confirm that, yup, she's stilllll got asthma. Approving a medication is a literal click of a button. There should be a designated time EVERY SINGLE DAY that medications that have submitted should be reviewed and approved. It's obvious you do not do it daily or even every every other day. How long are people supposed to wait for emergency medications? Because yes some medications are FOR EMERGENCIES. And no an 8 day supply once a year isn't gonna cut it. And here's the real kicker, if I go to an urgent care or an emergency room when I can't breathe because I'm waiting for my medication that's stuck in pending THEY CRITICIZE ME FOR WASTING RESOURCES!!!! So I'm not supposed to go to the ER, I can't get my meds refilled because it's stuck in pending, and it kinda seems like y'all just want people to suffer. My bad I didn't ration enough when I had Covid I didn't think y'all would gatekeep this from me so hard but here we are. They are well aware Covid symptoms impact breathing. Covid generally lasts longer than 8 days. An 8 day emergency supply is only good for one Covid. I'm now out, still have Covid, can't breath, can't go anywhere and it's just chilling in "pending". This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIMES I HAVE TO REFILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR YEARS. Do better. If it's not working don't keep doing it.
