Dr. Bourne is very attentive and efficient. As a senior I feel his training at Mayo and in critical care will be an asset to my care team. His assistant was pleasant and professional. For my first time visit it was a positive experience. I was listened to and my concern were addressed.
I am a 68 y/o female that began using oxygen in May 2025 after a hospitalization with pneumonia. My PCP feels like I should accept this to be my life now. Dr Bourne has renewed my faith that we can work together to hopefully come of the oxygen.
Staff at front desk very polite. The nurses understanding truly caring made me very comfortable the doctor told me what he thinks is going on with me but will run couple test to confirm and we will go from there. He also told me if I had any more questions to just call or go to my chart web site and ask and he will get back with me
Dr Bourn is wonderful. He listens to your concerns, takes the time to answer your questions and makes you feel like he really cares about your health. The staff is efficient and make you feel welcome. I would recommend Dr. Bourn wholeheartedly.

With recommendations for further treatment along with referrals to other specialists. Office and exam rooms were clean. Office staff was helpful and pleasant. Accommodates handicap access and parking.
